Every appointment begins with a sterile setup documented on a printed checklist. Needles, tubes, grip covers,
and razors are single-use. Surfaces are wrapped and disinfected between clients; instruments for non-disposable
tasks are ultrasonically cleaned then packaged and autoclaved.
Design time is part of the appointment: we trace anatomy, test scale on skin, and ensure the composition will
age gracefully in the real world (not just on paper). We note sun exposure, movement, and skin texture before
recommending line weight and spacing.
Aftercare is individualized. You’ll leave with a printed card and a QR code leading to your artist’s aftercare
plan, product recommendations available locally in Billings, and a week-by-week photo guideline for proper healing.
